The studio behind the show
Blazekit Events was founded in 2017 by producers who were tired of watching good budgets fund forgettable functions. Nine years later, the mission has not changed: every event should move the people in the room — and the numbers behind it.
Built in KL, staged everywhere
We started with three people, one van and a borrowed lighting rig, producing supplier conferences for manufacturers in the Klang Valley. Word travelled the way it always does in events — from one flawless show day to the next referral.
Today Blazekit is a fourteen-person studio in Bukit Bintang with in-house creative, production and client service teams, a vetted network of more than 200 suppliers, and 140+ delivered events spanning intimate leadership dinners to multi-day conferences and arena-scale launches.
Three rules we never break
No template thinking
Your audience can smell a recycled concept from the car park. Every brief starts from zero — new theme, new staging, new moments designed for your people specifically.
Honest numbers
You see every line of the budget, every vendor quote and every contingency buffer. If an idea does not justify its cost, we are the first to say so.
Own the outcome
We measure ourselves on your metrics — attendance, engagement, funds raised, leads captured — not on how pretty the stage looked in photos. Although it will look spectacular.
Small enough to care, senior enough to deliver
Every Blazekit project is run by a producer with at least seven years on show floors, backed by dedicated creative and logistics leads. No juniors learning on your event, no account managers relaying messages — the person who plans your event is the one standing beside you when doors open.
Malaysia first, region ready
From our Bukit Bintang base we produce across Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Penang, Johor Bahru, Kota Kinabalu and Langkawi, with regular projects in Singapore, Jakarta and Bangkok. Same crew standards, same run-sheet discipline, wherever the venue is.
