Before you ask — you're probably wondering

How far in advance should we book an event agency?

For conferences and galas we recommend 3–6 months so the best venues and crews are still available. Activations and smaller functions can move faster — we have turned polished pop-ups around in four weeks. If your date is close, call us anyway; we will tell you honestly what is achievable.

What budgets do you typically work with?

Most Blazekit projects sit between RM 60,000 and RM 750,000, but we scope every job individually. Whatever the number, you receive a transparent line-item budget before anything is committed, and we flag trade-offs early rather than surprising you later.

Do you only work in Kuala Lumpur?

KL is home base, but our crews regularly produce events in Penang, Johor Bahru, Kota Kinabalu, Langkawi and across Southeast Asia including Singapore and Jakarta. Travel and logistics are costed upfront in your budget.

Can you work with our in-house marketing team?

Absolutely — many clients bring brand guidelines, a creative concept or preferred suppliers. We slot in wherever you need us: full turnkey production, or purely staging, logistics and show-calling around your existing plan.

What happens if something goes wrong on the day?

Every event runs on a documented contingency plan: backup power and AV redundancy, wet-weather alternatives, standby crew and a single command channel. Issues get solved on our radio grid, usually before guests notice anything at all.

Do you provide event staffing and emcees?

Yes. Registration teams, ushers, brand ambassadors, bilingual emcees and stage managers are all part of our network. Everyone on your floor is briefed on your brand and your run sheet — no anonymous agency temps.
