1. Who we are

blazekit.pro is operated by Blazekit Events Sdn. Bhd., registration number 202201045873 (1482956-T), of Level 16, Menara Worldwide, 198 Jalan Bukit Bintang, 55100 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia ("Blazekit"). By using this website you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. Website content

Content on this site is provided for general information about our services. While we keep it accurate and current, it does not constitute a binding offer. Event descriptions, statistics and case study figures reflect past projects; outcomes for future events depend on scope, budget and circumstances and are agreed in writing per engagement.

3. Intellectual property

All text, images, graphics and code on this site belong to Blazekit or its licensors. You may view and print pages for personal or internal business reference. Republishing, scraping or commercial reuse of any material without our written permission is prohibited.

4. Enquiries and proposals

Submitting an enquiry through this site creates no obligation on either side. Proposals we issue remain valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. An engagement begins only when both parties sign a service agreement covering scope, fees, payment schedule and cancellation terms specific to your event.

5. Service engagements

For contracted events: fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit and exclude SST unless stated; a booking deposit (typically 40%) secures the date and key suppliers; the balance schedule is set out in the service agreement. Client-requested scope changes are quoted before we incur costs. Cancellation and postponement terms are covered in our Return & Refund Policy and refined per contract.

6. Liability

Blazekit carries public liability insurance appropriate to the events we produce. To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, our aggregate liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

7. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for failure to perform caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, epidemics or venue closure. Where a force majeure event affects a contracted event, we will work with you first on postponement before any cancellation remedies apply.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Kuala Lumpur have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
