This Privacy Policy explains how Blazekit Events Sdn. Bhd. ("Blazekit", "we", "us"), a company registered in Malaysia under registration number 202201045873 (1482956-T), handles personal data collected through blazekit.pro and in the course of providing event management services. We process personal data in accordance with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 ("PDPA").

1. What we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• Enquiry details — your name, work email, phone number and anything you write in an event brief submitted via our contact form.
• Project data — guest lists, dietary requirements, seating preferences and similar information supplied by clients for the purpose of delivering an event.
• Technical data — anonymised usage statistics and cookie preferences, as described in our Cookie Policy.

2. Why we collect it

We use personal data solely to respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, plan and deliver contracted events, meet legal and accounting obligations, and improve this website. We do not use your data for automated decision-making, and we do not send marketing emails unless you have expressly asked to receive them.

3. Guest data supplied by clients

When a client shares attendee information with us (for registration desks, badging or catering), we act on the client's instructions, use the data only for that event, restrict access to the project team, and delete or return it within 60 days of the event concluding unless the client instructs otherwise or the law requires retention.

4. Sharing

We share personal data only with suppliers directly involved in delivering your event (for example a venue's security team requiring a guest list), with professional advisers where necessary, or where required by Malaysian law. We never sell, rent or trade personal data.

5. Storage and security

Data is stored on access-controlled systems hosted in the Asia-Pacific region. Safeguards include encryption in transit, role-based access and periodic access reviews. Enquiry records are retained for up to 24 months; contracted project records for 7 years to satisfy tax and audit requirements.

6. Your rights

Under the PDPA you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw consent to its processing (which may limit our ability to work with you). 7. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy in a way that meaningfully affects you, we will post the revised version here with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
